Corporate Storefront is a small market service with big market flexibility. We service customers with anywhere from 10 to over 25,000 users. Start out with a simple site that only stores your business cards. As time goes on you can add corporate stationary, envelopes, letterheads, postcards, brochures, and any other templates/products you want.
We make sure only the most up-to-date PDF's can be ordered. If you need to make a change, just send us the updated version and we will update it for you quickly and easily. Have non-print items that you would like to order? No need to keep them separate - you can add those to the site as well. Give us a PDF image of that product and with our product fulfillment, we keep those non-print items on hand to ship out along with the printed items ordered. Swag products, t-shirts, mugs, pens, tote bags, are just a few of the non-print items we offer and are always willing to work with your requests to create a cohesive shopping experience and simplify the ordering experience for your customers/employees.
Our corporate sites allow users to customize most features on a PDF to their liking. Allow them to choose from a drop down of logo options or allow them to upload a photo. They can edit text blocks or text fields to customize printed pieces to their liking. Customizing pieces is the heart and soul of this site, but that doesn't come easily. All customization has to come with a lot of control to make sure things don't get out of hand. You can either directly put restrictions on fields of printed materials or control all orders with an approval process. By having a central person approve orders you can make sure all orders are viewed by an administrator before going to press.
Create your own library catalog of product templates or generic print products. Edit and customize print products with your own text, text blocks and titles, choose a logo from a dropdown menu and insert images. Create both variable and static versions of a PDF and allow your customers to choose betweeen a customized version or a generic static version.
If you would like orders to be approved before going to press, you may set a central person and an approver as well as backup approvers if the main approver is on vacation or out of the office. When approval is in place, upon users placing orders, the approver will receive an email with a link to login and approve or deny the order. Upon approval the order will be submitted and ready for print.
Have trusted employees that need their printing quickly? approval may be bypassed for urgent orders as well as re-orders if you choose. Don't want some products to be ordered by specific users? Group your users and allow products to be seen by the groups that you specify so your sales team can't order those free t-shirts you're giving to your manufacturing team.
You'll have 24 hour access to an administration panel that will allow you to approve orders, edit users, and see the status of all your orders. Users can also see the status of their orders and easily reorder all of their products as needed. Any special needs we're just a phone call or an email away and will help you work through any issues you have with your order.
